RB Rubber Products is an exciting, progressive and expanding company who has
become a leader in the rubber recycling industry. Our success is attributed
to maintaining a balance of high quality products and excellent customer service.
Constant attention to these two core elements have allowed us to branch out
to become the largest manufacturer and distributor for horse stall flooring
in North America, and a key player in Fitness and Commercial flooring applications.

Today,
we are recognized nationally as a leader in rubber flooring and rubber recycling
technology. It is with a sense of proud accomplishment that we are able to take
a waste material and turn it into a product that is in demand and still in use
5, 10, and 20 years later.
RB
Rubber products is a true example of a Research & Development company. In 1985,
a man with a vision purchased an inventor's idea for manufacturing rubber matting
using raw material that was being land-filled. Beginning with a concept and
a prototype machine, he and his co-workers built the company from the ground
up. The desire to find uses for tire rubber other than burning or ending up
in landfills has been the driving force that has pushed RB Rubber to grow to
become a leader in the processing of scrap tires into crumb rubber. This material
is the main feed stock for RB Rubber's product lines.
Our founder has taken a prototype machine and an inventor's idea and created
a profitable manufacturing company whose products are made from recycled rubber.
Through extensive Research and Development efforts, we have established and
fine-tuned a proprietary manufacturing process that allows us to create high
quality and diverse products while keeping costs at a minimum.

Early
on, we recognized the difficulty in acquiring an adequate supply of crumb rubber,
our raw material feed stock used in the manufacturing of our products. Our search
for a long-term solution led us to develop our own equipment, giving us the
processing capabilities to make our own raw material. This change lowered our
raw material cost significantly while increasing the supply. We are able to
make our own crumb rubber for our product lines. This ability to process tire
chips has allowed us to concentrate on expansion without fear of raw material
shortages and/or being subject to uncontrolled price hikes by suppliers. (Even
though there is a viable market for the crumb rubber we process, directing it
into high-end products like rubber mats is a more stable market.)
Today
RB Rubber employs over 90 people and recycles millions of pounds of rubber per
year into useful, long-term products such as Rubber Mats, and Rubber Playground
Tiles. These products, once their use has expired, can be recycled again and
again.
